These Terms govern your use of Jarvis Wire at jarvis-wire.pages.dev (the "Site"). By visiting, reading, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using the Site you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

Jarvis Wire is an aggregator. It displays headlines that a private automated system ("Stock Jarvis") flagged as potentially market-moving, together with a score, ticker tags, and a one-line note, exactly two hours after the system sent them to a private channel. Headlines are written by, and link to, their original publishers. The Site does not publish original reporting.

2. AI-generated content disclosure

Scores (0-10), ticker tags, "UP / DOWN / UNCLEAR" calls and the one-line "why it matters" notes are generated automatically by an artificial-intelligence model the moment a headline appears. They are machine output, not human editorial judgment. They can be wrong, late, incomplete, or misattribute a story to the wrong company. No performance, accuracy or profitability claim is made or implied about them.

3. Not financial, investment, legal or professional advice

Nothing on the Site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, or to take or refrain from any action. The Site is for general information only. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Consult a licensed professional before acting on anything you read here.

4. Assumption of risk

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the loss of all capital. Headlines and automated scores are inherently uncertain. You use the Site entirely at your own risk and accept that any reliance you place on its content is your responsibility.

5. Provided "as is"

The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness, availability, or non-infringement. The delay may be longer than two hours; the Site may be unavailable; data may be missing or incorrect.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of the Site and anyone involved in creating or running it shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost trading opportunities or lost data, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of USD 10 or the amount you paid to use the Site (currently zero).

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the Site or its data feed, or attempt to bypass the two-hour delay or any access control.
  • Do not submit false, misleading or automated waitlist entries, or interfere with the Site's operation.
  • Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any market or securities regulation.
  • Do not share sensitive personal information through the Site. The only information we ask for is an email address for the waitlist. Never send passwords, government identifiers, financial account details or health information; if you do, you do so at your own risk.

9. Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are under 18, use the Site only with a parent's or guardian's permission.

10. Content ownership and DMCA

Headlines and articles belong to their respective publishers and are shown as short titles with links to the source. The Site's own design, code and text are owned by the operator. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) to CONTACT EMAIL TO BE SET BY THE OPERATOR; we will respond promptly, including by removing the material.

11. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist means you agree to receive one message if a live tier opens. It creates no obligation on us to launch anything, and no entitlement for you. You can ask to be removed at any time.

12. Changes and termination

We may change these Terms, the Site, the delay, or any feature, or discontinue the Site entirely, at any time and without notice. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may block or terminate access to anyone at our discretion.

13. Dispute resolution, arbitration and class-action waiver

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be resolved first by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer rules, in the English language, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and the operator each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration clause by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first using the Site.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of THE OPERATOR'S STATE OF RESIDENCE, TO BE SET, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding the Site.
