This policy explains what Jarvis Wire (the "Site") collects and why. The short version: the Site does not collect anything about you. There is no sign-up, no email form, and no tracking.

1. What we collect, and why

  • Connection data handled by our hosting provider (Cloudflare): your IP address may appear in standard, short-lived infrastructure logs. We do not build profiles from it.
  • Nothing else. The Site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, runs no tracking pixels, and does not fingerprint your browser. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the 3D background library from cdnjs; those providers may see your IP address as part of serving the file, under their own policies.

2. How we use it

There is nothing to use. The Site collects no personal information and sends no email.

3. Who we share it with

Nobody. We hold no personal information to share, and we do not work with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Retention and deletion

We store no personal information, so there is nothing to retain or delete.

5. Your rights (including California residents)

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent at any time. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined there, and we do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their rights. Residents of the EU/UK have equivalent rights under GDPR/UK GDPR. Send requests to the contact below; we respond within the time the applicable law requires.

6. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and it collects no information from anyone.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. The public data feed is read through a database policy that exposes only published headlines and never exposes personal data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-party links

Headlines link to their original publishers. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
